Fix a bug which display a empty message when X-Ms-Tnef-Correlator header field is present and no winmail.dat is attached. Thank you all for your feedback!

If you already using the beta please use the build-in update function (Mail Menu -> Plug-Ins -> OMiC -> Check for updates…), else write me a line.

  1. Hello Chris,

I am a previous user of OMIC and would be delighted to have the opportunity to beta test your latest effort.

I’ve found it to be a most useful app for my Mac – good work

    Thanks,

    Russell

  2. Hi Cris,
I just buy the plugin 1.7.7, but I do not work with leopard 10.5.1
There is some way that I can upgrade to the new version 2?
    Thank you.

    Hugo

  3. Chris,

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this all of these years! But I wonder- do I need the beta to work on Leopard? Can i join the party?

    Thanks,

    Michael

  4. Hello, OMiC is a must have ! I just moved today to Leapard and I’am missing Omic. How could I get it ? When do you plan to release it final ? Thank you. Max

  5. I would like to test the beta, too – being a registered user of the previous version, which I miss badly after upgrading to leopard…

  6. I too would be interested in testing the OMiC beta in leopard. It’s one of the things i miss most after moving to leopard recently

  7. Hi Chris, I’m a registred user and I definitely can’t wait for the 2.0 to be released…
Please let me know how I could download the beta version (and report any ‘feature’ I could find…), or if you don’t need any help, when the released is planned to free winmail.dat prisonners đŸ™‚ …

  8. I just got my first winmail.dat file after installing Leopard (some time ago)
and was surprised that OMiC hadn’t decoded it for me. I downloaded the
latest from Version Tracker – but the installer is broken – or at least I could
never get past the grayed out install button. I did go inside the install bundle
and got the tiger version installed okay. But mail.app says it will not use it.

I would like to get the beta too, ASAP.

    Thanks,
    Tim

  9. g’day,

just discovered OMiC last week and now I have upgraded to 10.5 and it doesn’t work – am sure missing it. Would appreciate the chance to test the new version as I find it very handy.

    Thanks
    BJA

  10. Hi! I’m a registered user and I’m waiting for OMiC since I updated to Leopard. I’m really looking forward to the final version and ask myself if you could say something about how it is going with it. Thanks, Stefan

  11. Chris,
Appreciate OMiC more than I can say. Registered user that can’t wait any longer for this version. Am interested in testing it for you under Leopard. Thanks for putting out such a great app.

  12. Hi Chris!
I would like to try the beta version with Leopard. How can i get a copy of this app?

If it works for me, I’ll instantly buy it. It seems to be very very usefull!

    Best regards,

  13. Hello – was referred to your site – as I am a recent ‘switcher’,,,,and am receiving tons of winmail.dat attachments from colleagues & friends. Downloaded v1.7.7, but won’t install – assume because I am using Leopard X.5?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

  14. I, too, am dying for OMiC after my Leopard upgrade. Just now I received another winmail.dat that I can’t open. This is excruciating. Where is that beta download link?

  15. Chris,
I’m dying without your program on Leopard… Please let me test the Beta version too! I get at least 3 winmail.dat files a day and refuse to go back to windows to see them.
    Keep up the good work!
    Thanks,

  16. Hi, Chris!
I wonder if I could try out the beta version as well.
Like your app! Keep up the good work!
    Best regards.

  17. Hi, Chris!

I am also interested in testing OMIC beta in Leopard.
I wonder if I could try out the beta version.

    Keep up the good work!
    Best regards.

  18. I am a user of OMIC 1.7.7 who just upgraded to Leopard. Please can I get OMIC beta for Leopard. Thanks.

  19. Hi Christopher, I am an omic user and have just upgraded to Leopard. If you have the beta of 2.0 available I’m happy to provide my testing experiences. Where can i get 2.0b from ?

  20. Hallo,

Would be very interested as a registered user to test the 2.0 beta of OMiC. We have about 30 Mac users here who could all benefit from such a software.

    vielen danke,
    nathan

  21. Bring on Leopard OMiC!!! And if the beta doesn’t cause any harm, how about we help you debug it! It’s a great product that I miss dearly.

  22. Hey there, I’ve been looking for a way to open these .dat files and this looks like the best solution. I would love to beta-test the leopard release, and if it works out well I can tell you I’ll be registering it for sure!

  23. Hi – I’d like to sign up for the 2.0 beta as well please – I have colleagues driving me nuts with these things. Looking forward to 2.0 final!

  24. G’day,
OMiC is fantastic however I find I am using Thunderbird rather than Apple Mail more and more (lots of reasons) however the one thing it badly lacks is something to do what OMiC does in Mail. So my question is, can you look at making a Thunderbird Addon that does what OMiC does, please?

  25. I have been searching for a replacement to receive tasks from an outlook to my ical. No luck though. Ever since upgrading to Leopard I haven’t this luxury. How do I go about getting the beta version.

  26. I would like to try the Leopard version. Please allow me to join the others who seem to be very satisfied.

  27. I have been a grateful user of tnef’s enough, but OMiC sounds like it is everything that I have always wanted that program to be. I would love to have a version of the Leopard beta and will be glad to give you feedback on my experience. Thanks!
